Permission Granted

Termination

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Brainius at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Template Purchases

When you purchase templates or services from Brainius, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website.

Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

Payment

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you experience any issues with your purchase within 14 days of your purchase.

Our Content

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brainius. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Morocco and foreign countries.

Your Content

Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and you retain all rights to your content.

License to Templates

When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others.

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Brainius, a Brainius employee, another user, or any other person or entity

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service

• To upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful materials

Service "As Is"

The materials on Brainius website are provided on an "as is" basis. Brainius makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Brainius or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Brainius website, even if Brainius or a Brainius authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
